Teressa Taylor Griffis is the Founder and CEO of TTG & Associates, LLC, a specialized consulting firm delivering strategic support to builders, developers, and investors. With over 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry, TTG & Associates provides expertise in land acquisition, project planning, builder and investor representation, and community-focused business development.
Teressa currently serves as Associate Vice President on the Executive Board of the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA), holds a Board seat with the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), and is a Delegate (Alternate) to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She is a member of NAHB’s Custom Home Builders Committee, as well as active in Professional Women in Building (PWB) and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
A sought-after speaker, mentor, and educator, Teressa is committed to empowering industry professionals and advancing the future of residential construction.
