Founded in 1972, Robert Horner, of Orange, VA built a foundation of integrity, quality and knowledge in the construction industry. Since 2005, his grandson, Brian Vaughan, has continued the expertise and quality R.E. Horner Construction was built on. Proudly serving the central Virginia region, we've experienced it all and are here to assist you every step of the way. We specialize in custom homes starting from the design phase until move-in ready.
