DESCRIPTION:***For the November 2018 meeting join us as Janel Donohue\, President of Rappahannock United Way\, will lead a workshop about Passing the Monkey: Learn how to redefine being helpful by sharing the Monkey and getting even more done.\n\nCheck-in - 8:30 am\n\nClass start - 9am sharp\n\nRegistration for the class is required. Please RSVP before 4pm Nov. 13th \n\n\n\nNo matter how much I do \n\nWhy is it that I've increased my efficiency\, but now I have more to do? \n\n\n	Wherever I go\, hallway\, elevator\, parking lot even the restroom my team needs something from me!\n	I'm working overtime on things my team needs from me before they can proceed with their assigned tasks  \n\nYou need to be asking yourself   Who's got the monkey?  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll members and their employees who would like to have input on Fredericksburg Area Builders Associations' networking\, advocacy\, and education are welcome. The committee plans and organizes several social events\, field trips\, and meetings throughout the year.
